Apply with your background and subjects. After a structured review you can set your own rates, publish availability, and begin receiving bookings from families.

What happens after each tutoring session?

The tutor writes a short, specific report the same day. You will see exactly what was covered, how your child did, and any follow-up recommendations right in your dashboard.

Can I switch tutors if the fit is not right?

Yes. Most families find a great match quickly, but we will help you switch if the first few sessions are not working. Your first completed report is on us.

How many sessions per week are typical?

Most families book 2–3 sessions per week. Research shows this high-dosage approach produces the largest learning gains when the tutoring stays aligned with what the student is learning in class.

For Tutors

What tools do I get as a tutor?

You receive a full-featured video room powered by Cloudflare RealtimeKit, built-in scheduling and availability tools, automatic session reminders, and reliable Stripe Connect payouts. No separate Zoom or Calendly subscriptions required.

How do payouts work?

Families pay through Stripe at booking. After the session completes and you submit the report, funds are transferred to your Stripe Connect account on a regular schedule with full history and transparency.

Do I have to accept every booking request?

No. You control your calendar and rates. Families can only book times you have made available. You review and confirm requests before they are finalized.

Sessions, Reports & Safety

Are the video sessions recorded?

Recording is optional and requires explicit consent from both sides. Most families and tutors prefer live-only sessions. All video stays inside the platform.

How do you vet tutors?

Every tutor goes through a structured review that includes subject knowledge, communication clarity, and background. Only approved tutors appear in search results. Parents always see reviews and credentials before booking.

Is student data private and secure?

Yes. The entire platform runs on Cloudflare’s global edge network with enterprise-grade encryption for video and data. Reports and materials are stored securely and only accessible to the family and assigned tutor.
