Who can actually book tutors? +
Only parent accounts can search and book. Students get access through an invite from their parent — they don’t create their own accounts.
How does payment actually work? +
Everything goes through Stripe. Parents pay the platform, and tutors get paid through Stripe Connect once the session is done. No one is chasing invoices.
What do the session reports look like? +
After every lesson the tutor writes a short note about what they covered and how it went. You can read it the same day in the portal.
How do you actually check tutors? +
Every tutor goes through a real review before they can show up in search. Parents see their subjects, rates, and reviews before booking anything.
Can kids sign up by themselves? +
No. Students only get in when a parent adds them to the family account. They log in through a student link their parent sends.
